We would like to hire one Technical Superintendent for our Group Subsidiaries.Responsibilities :TechnicalDay to day technical management on Fleet vessels (floating cranes, tugs, barges etc).Vessel condition and maintenance monitoring.(long term to site is required).Budget planning and cost control on running cost.Planning and Attendance on major overhaul and repair.Implementation of vessel reports and forms and office filling.Implementation ISPS/SSA for vessels.CrewingInterview and ing crew pool of candidate.Appraisals to senior office on board.Training crew on board on technical issues, spare/store control.Training crew on standard operation procedure and safety awareness.ProcurementVessel spares &ampamp stores procurement and freight shipment arrangement.Exploring and updating authorized supplier list.OtherCoordinating with Operation team, Port and Mining site for best logistic operation process.Assignment as instructed by manager / superior.Support on new projects.Other duties as may be delegated by Management.Requirements:Degree in marine, Logistic or Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in similar position/fieldIndependent and resourceful and able to work under pressure to meet deadlineAnalytical, meticulous and highly proactive in technical trouble shooting and problem solvingPossess good spoken and written English skills.
